Telenor Pakistan now belongs to PTCL
Telenor Pakistan started in 2005 as part of the Norwegian Telenor Group. At the end of 2025 the company was sold to PTCL, the group behind Ufone, and since July 2026 it has been part of the same company as Ufone. The Telenor brand is still in use, and according to PTCL, Telenor SIMs and numbers stay valid without any swap or re-registration.
