It is our mission to provide mobile top-ups and online bank transfers differents countries in Latinoamerica (also Brazil) via the Internet: www.fonmoney.com. Experience in the areas of support and customer communication are a plus, but not a must

Your tasks:

• Support and assistance to our Portuguese speaking clients via email (writing).
• Respond in writing to customer service requests.
• Translations and summaries of texts in Portuguese (Blog and Newsletter)..

You are perfect for us if:

• Good knowledge of Portuguese.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• You are customer-oriented.
• You are a good team worker.
• You’re able to quickly react to questions to support customers.
• You’re reliable, flexible and easy to work with.
• You are used to working with common computer programs..
